    How the checker works

    We keep a restricted-country list for each casino we cover. The checker reads those lists and shows "Not on this casino's restricted list" when a country is not on a casino's list, or "On this casino's restricted list" when it is. These are the same lists that decide where our casino links are switched off.

    What "not on the restricted list" means

    A country missing from a casino's restricted list does not make gambling legal there, and it doesn't guarantee the casino will open or keep an account for you. Check your local law and the casino's terms before you sign up.

    If a casino doesn't restrict my country, is it legal for me to play?

    Not necessarily. The checker only shows whether a country is on the restricted list we keep for each casino. Gambling laws where you live, and the casino's own terms and identity checks, still apply.

    Where does the country data come from?

    From the restricted-country lists we maintain for Mint.io, Thrill and Castle, based on each casino's published terms and partner documents, plus lists read from the official terms pages of other popular crypto casinos (shown with a Terms link and the date we last checked). For Thrill we also add a few sanctioned countries as a precaution. The same lists decide where our own casino links are switched off.

    Why do the results differ between casinos?

    Each casino sets its own list of restricted countries, so a country can be on the restricted list of one casino but not another.

    Does the checker cover regions inside a country?

    Partly. Ontario (Canada) is restricted for Mint.io and Thrill. For Castle, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk are restricted, while Thrill restricts all of Ukraine. A country result can't show every regional rule, so check the casino's terms.

    Can I use a VPN to get around a restriction?

    No. Don't use a VPN or any other tool to get around a casino's country restrictions, and we won't help with that.
