Licences and operators
Thrill.com is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2024/1052/0508, Gravity Unleashed B.V.) and by the Anjouan gaming authority (ALSI-202506019-FI1, Gravity Unleashed Limitada); which licence applies depends on the player's location. Licence status checked on the regulators' registers on 29 October 2026.
Official sources: the CGA certificate, the Anjouan licence register and Thrill's About Thrill help article. The certificate lists Gravity Unleashed B.V.; the Anjouan register lists Gravity Unleashed Limitada. These are separate legal entities. The Thrill homepage footer names Gravity Unleashed Limitada, registration 3-102-923055, in Costa Rica.
A licence listing does not establish that you may use the service where you live. Check the applicable terms and local laws before considering registration.
Restricted countries and local licensing
Section 11.4 of the T&C (effective 16 September 2026) names Anjouan, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, the Dutch Caribbean islands, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The regional availability help article separately names Australia, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Cyprus, France, Germany, Iran, North Korea, the Dutch Caribbean, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. The lists differ; read both. The help article says registration, deposits and play are blocked in restricted regions, although existing users can log in and withdraw. This is not a guarantee that a particular withdrawal will be approved.
Thrill's partner Platform Details page lists these restricted countries (checked 29 October 2026): Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Anjouan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bonaire, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo, Croatia, Curacao, Cyprus, Eritrea, Estonia, France, Germany, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Monaco, Mozambique, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Korea, Ontario (Canada), Portugal, Russia, Sin Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Tanzania, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela, Yemen.
Thrill's T&C also bar jurisdictions where the services require local licensing or registration, anywhere the law prohibits them, and jurisdictions subject to US, EU or UK sanctions. A country that is not named, such as Vietnam, is not automatically permitted: check your local laws first. Thrill may refuse registration or withdrawals. Do not bypass geographic restrictions. The AML policy also describes IP-based geographic checks.
KYC, deposits and withdrawals
KYC may be requested at any time, including before withdrawals. T&C sections 3.2 and 4.1 allow identity, age and residence checks, and the account may be locked until sufficient documents are supplied. Section 5.2 allows identity and source-of-funds checks before a withdrawal. Deposits must come from payment methods in your own name. See the T&C.
The AML policy describes collecting identifying information, risk-based checks, possible withdrawal restrictions at risk-dependent thresholds and wallet screening against sanctions lists. Do not assume that being able to deposit means a withdrawal needs no further checks.
Referral codes: Thrill's affiliate-code guide says a code must be applied "Within 24 hours of registering" and "Before making any transactions (e.g., deposit, gameplay)", via your profile → "Referral Code" → "Apply".

What this review does not establish
The source check does not establish withdrawal processing times. It also could not read the rendered content of Thrill's responsible gambling policy, so we do not confirm particular account tools. Read current terms and set a budget you can afford to lose before making any decision.

18+ and responsible gambling
Thrill's terms require you to be at least 18, or the higher legal age where you live. Gambling involves a risk of loss and can become addictive. Set spending and time limits, do not chase losses, and use only money you can afford to lose. For support and ways to stop, visit our responsible gambling guide.
