Castle.com Review (2026): Licence, KYC & Limits
18+ (or the higher legal age where you live), only where legal. Contains affiliate links: we may earn a commission. Read our affiliate disclosure.
New site — read this first. Castle.com launched around late June 2026 (a 10 July 2026 press release says it "launched just three weeks ago") [1]. It has very little track record, and as of 29 October 2026 we found no independent player reviews or complaint records for it (Trustpilot, Casino.guru, AskGamblers, Bitcointalk, Reddit searched) [5]. Treat everything below as an early, source-based snapshot, not an endorsement.
Rating: Not scored yet. We do not score a casino without some operating history and independent player reports. This review is based only on Castle's published terms and its press release; we have not played on the site.

Operator
Castle's footer states that Castle is a brand name of Broken Tentacle Ltd, 2118 Guava Street, Belama Phase 1, Belize City, Belize, Reg. no. 48442. Payments may be processed by Blueboater Entertainment Ltd (HE469790) [2]. Note: the castle.com domain itself dates from 1997 [4], but that is an old premium domain and says nothing about how long this operator has existed.
Licence: claim and verification status
Castle states it holds an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-202602048-FI2, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and the site loads an Anjouan seal script [2]. The press release also says it is licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan [1].
Verified: on 29 October 2026 the official Anjouan register listed Broken Tentacle Ltd, licence ALSI-202602048-FI2, type B2C, status Valid, issued 28 Feb 2026, expiring 27 Feb 2027, domain castle.com [3]. Note: the seal in Castle's footer links to anjouangamingboard.org, which is not the official register domain — check licences only at anjouangaming.com.
Restricted countries
Use the country restriction comparison to compare published restrictions across brands, then check the operator’s terms and local law.
Castle's terms list as restricted [2]: Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, Australia, Austria, France (and territories), Germany, the Netherlands (and territories), the Union of Comoros, FATF-blacklisted countries, any country prohibited by Anjouan, Belarus, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Crimea, Luhansk/Donetsk, Hong Kong, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
No Latin American country appears on the list. However, a country not being listed does not mean it is permitted: check your local law before playing and do not use a VPN or other means to bypass geo-restrictions. The site has a region-block notice [2].
KYC and verification
Castle is not a no-KYC casino. It uses Sumsub for identity verification, reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time and to restrict service, payments or withdrawals until identity is established, and may ask for source-of-funds documents. A failed verification review "might take up to 5 business days" [2].
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: €10 equivalent per transaction [2].
- Fees: terms say there are no withdrawal commissions if you wager your deposit at least once; a fee may apply otherwise, and the amount is not published [2].
- Castle may ask for photo ID, a selfie or proof of address before paying out [2].
- The full list of coins/networks and the minimum deposit are not verified (the site code references USDT, TRC20, LTC and SOL, but we could not confirm a complete list) [2].
Games: Castle Arena PvP, in-house games, provably fair
- Castle Arena is a player-vs-player mode; Castle takes a 1% fee ("tax") on the Arena pot [1].
- Nine in-house games are listed: Castle Arena, Crash, Dice, Blackjack, Cases, Case Battles, Limbo, Mines and Double [1]. The press release says third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit) are being integrated [1] — not verified as live.
- The site has a Fairness page with server/client seed hashing (provably fair) [2]. We have not independently audited it. For a matching published algorithm, the seed and result checker can reproduce results from revealed inputs; it does not audit Castle or certify its payments.
- We could not find or verify a free-to-play mode.
Languages
English and Español via the site's language switcher [2].
Bonuses and rewards
We found no deposit-match welcome bonus in Castle's published site text or terms (checked 29 Oct 2026). The site lists these reward types: rank-up bonuses ("Every wager you make in a rank fuels a bonus paid out the moment you rank up"), rake boosts, challenges, free spins, cash-drop codes posted on Castle's social media, races, raffles, and VIP lossback and reloads [2]. Amounts are not published.
Terms that matter [2]: a deposit "must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made"; if a bonus has wagering requirements, they must be met before withdrawing; funds marked "Bonus" cannot be withdrawn; each promotion has its own Promotional Terms. Rewards are not a reason to gamble more than you planned.
What this review does not establish
- Real-world withdrawal speed or reliability (none found in our searches).
- Withdrawal fee amount when the deposit is not wagered once; minimum deposit; full coin/network list.
- Whether the site is actually accessible from any given country.
