Plan the exit before sending funds: confirm that a provider can lawfully serve you and accept your source of USDT, convert or sell it if eligible, then receive MXN in your own Mexican bank account. This guide concerns Mexico and SPEI; the Argentina guide concerns ARS and different bank identifiers. Neither route requires further gambling.
Check legality, identity and the service entity
Check applicable local rules and provider terms for your residency, intended activity and source of funds. An exchange service or a payment licence is not permission to use a particular casino. If funds originated from gambling, confirm acceptance with the exchange before depositing; do not assume that a supported asset means a permitted source.
Use your own verified exchange account and your own bank account. Keep legal names consistent and supply truthful identity and source-of-funds information through official channels. Do not use borrowed accounts, mislabel proceeds, bypass KYC/AML or split transactions to avoid checks or reporting. Pause for support if a route is unclear. Read the KYC guide before transferring.
For regulatory context, Bitso’s official trust page identifies a Gibraltar DLT licence and says Mexican peso payments are handled by Nvio Pagos México, a licensed IFPE under Mexico’s Fintech Law. These are different service roles; do not treat them as a blanket Mexican banking licence for crypto or a guarantee of funds. Verify the entity and terms serving your account. No Mexican regulatory approval of Binance P2P is asserted here.
Match the USDT network at both ends
Check the exact token, network, address and any additional deposit instructions on both sending and receiving screens. Confirm minimums, current charges and acceptance of your intended transfer before sending. The USDT ticker alone does not establish compatibility. Use a small test only if permitted and practical given current minimums and fees; it cannot guarantee later acceptance.
Save the withdrawal confirmation and transaction hash. A casino’s internal withdrawal approval is separate from the on-chain transfer and exchange credit; the USDT withdrawal guide explains those stages. Compare your actual current costs with the USDT network fee tool.
Exchange conversion and an own-account SPEI withdrawal
If Bitso offers an eligible conversion route for your USDT, review its executable MXN quote and net proceeds. Bitso’s Mexican bank withdrawal instructions describe selecting a Mexico bank transfer and reviewing the beneficiary and CLABE. Use only a destination you own for this checklist and verify the details before confirming. Check conversion availability separately; a withdrawal help page does not prove that any particular deposit will be accepted.
Record the provider’s final net MXN amount and withdrawal reference. Confirm current limits, charges and status inside your account. This guide gives no live rate, fee or arrival-time promise. If a transfer is pending, contact official support with its reference before repeating it.
Binance P2P: a sale to another person
Binance’s official selling guide describes selling USDT, selecting fiat currency and a payment method, and checking actual receipt before release. Methods vary by region. If MXN and SPEI are available to your verified account and order, inspect that combination and the buyer’s terms; this is a conditional route to check, not a claim of current availability for every account.
Binance’s P2P policy requires KYC compliance and matching account names. Practical precautions for a sale:
- Keep the order and communication on the official platform. Review the counterparty information and order limits; a badge or past trades do not guarantee safety.
- Receive payment only into your own account, from the named buyer’s account. Reject third-party payment arrangements and resolve mismatches through the official appeal process.
- Open your banking app directly and verify the full payment and payer details. A screenshot, email or “paid” message is insufficient. Do not release USDT while receipt or identity is disputed.
- Do not move to an unofficial chat or follow links requesting passwords, codes or a new payment account. Use official support for discrepancies.
For a SPEI payment, consult Banco de México’s official MI-SPEI and CEP information to check payment status and obtain the electronic receipt where available. Keep this evidence alongside the actual bank credit; a receipt does not establish the lawful origin of funds.
Escrow does not remove counterparty, fraud or compliance risk. Matching names alone does not prove a payment’s legitimacy. Stop if you cannot verify it.
Compare net proceeds and retain the trail
Use USDT available after sending costs × executable MXN per USDT − separate MXN charges, without subtracting a fee twice if already included. Compare quotes for the same starting amount and time. A pending or conditional casino balance is not yet money available to withdraw. See bonus types for that distinction.
Keep acquisition and cost records, casino withdrawal history where applicable, transaction hashes, conversion statements, P2P order records, fees and bank/SPEI receipts. Preserve dates, currencies and amounts so an adviser can reconcile the trail. Never invent or alter a source-of-funds explanation.
SAT: ask about your own tax position
SAT’s official filing guidance is a general reference for tax compliance tools. Ask a qualified Mexican tax professional how the origin of funds, crypto disposal and MXN receipt affect your declarations, evidence and valuations. This is not a crypto-specific tax ruling, a tax rate or a claim that every cashout has the same treatment. Converting to MXN or receiving SPEI does not establish that tax obligations have been settled.
Official references checked 28 October 2026; recheck your account instructions before acting. No exchange endorsement, personal transaction experience or exchange sponsorship is claimed.
18+ only. Keep essential expenses outside gambling funds. Cashing out is not a reason to re-deposit; use responsible gambling support if you feel pressure to chase losses.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a relative’s exchange or bank account?
No. Use verified accounts in your own name. Do not borrow accounts, accept third-party payments or disguise ownership or the source of funds.
Does this guide guarantee MXN/SPEI availability?
No. Check current eligibility, supported networks, conversion options, source-of-funds rules and payment methods in your own account before sending USDT.
Is a USDT sale or SPEI payment automatically tax-free?
Do not assume so. Ask a qualified Mexican tax adviser about SAT obligations, valuations and records, including the original source of the funds. This guide supplies no personal tax conclusion.
