Crypto Casino Deposit Not Showing? Checks and USDT Wrong-Network Steps

Your crypto left your wallet or exchange, but your casino balance has not changed. The cause may be a confirmation delay, a wrong transfer detail (asset, network, address, memo or tag), a deposit limit, or a compliance check. This guide shows you how to check each one in order, and what to do if USDT went out on the wrong network. It is general information, not financial or legal advice.
Disclosure: We earn a commission if you sign up at Mint.io through our links (marked sponsored). Our worked example uses Mint.io’s published deposit guide, Known Issues page and Terms of Use §7 (last updated 20 August 2026). Other casinos have their own rules. For background on the platform, see our Mint.io review.
First: Is It the Blockchain or the Casino?
Mint.io’s Known Issues page says that for a blockchain deposit you should check the transaction hash and the network first. Congestion or confirmation times can cause delays “even when Mint.io is operating normally.” The same page suggests refreshing the page after a short wait, checking whether the problem affects the whole platform, and saving any error message, screenshot or transaction hash. Refreshing the page is fine, but sending the funds again is not.
Under Terms §7.2(b), a Mint.io deposit counts as successful only after it gets the required number of confirmations (set by Mint.io per cryptocurrency) and is verified and recorded by Mint.io’s systems.
If the problem is a cash-out rather than a deposit, read crypto casino withdrawal pending.
Six Checks, in Order
1. Find the transaction hash (TXID)
Open the wallet or exchange you sent from and copy the transaction hash. If you cannot find one, ask the sending exchange about the status of the withdrawal. Once you have a TXID, look it up in a block explorer for the network you used to see whether it is pending, failed or confirmed.
2. Confirmations and network delays
A transaction that shows up on-chain may still be waiting for the casino’s confirmation threshold. Mint.io’s §7 text does not list fixed confirmation counts; they are set per cryptocurrency. Terms §7.2(c) lists possible causes of delay: blockchain congestion, network fees, incorrect gas settings, mempool issues, stablecoin depegs, and third-party wallet or exchange issues.
3. Asset and network match
Mint.io accepts deposits only in the cryptocurrencies and networks shown in your Deposit screen, and it may change that list at any time (Terms §7.1). Deposits are credited in the exact cryptocurrency received, and Mint.io does not offer internal swaps (§7.5).
This matters a lot for USDT. Tether’s supported-protocols page lists USDT on several blockchains, including Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Ton. For transfers on Solana, review Solana token and network checks before assuming support for your token. Tether asks platforms to make clear which protocols they support. A deposit address can look valid on more than one chain, so always match the network shown on the casino’s deposit screen. To compare costs, use our USDT network fee comparison. For the stablecoin choice, see USDC vs USDT.
4. Memo or tag
Some networks need a memo or tag along with the address. Mint.io’s guide tells you to check for any required memo or tag before sending. If you left it out or entered it wrongly, contact Mint.io Support with the TXID. Recovery is not guaranteed.
5. Minimums, maximums and account limits
Mint.io’s minimum and maximum deposits vary by cryptocurrency and network and are shown on the Deposit screen. Transfers outside those limits “may be rejected or may not be credited automatically” (§7.4(a)). Extra limits can apply because of provider or network rules, account status, KYC level or risk checks. Splitting a deposit into several below-minimum transfers to get around the limits may be treated as abuse (§7.4(c)).
6. Wallet ownership, KYC and AML holds
Deposits must come from a wallet or payment method you legally own and beneficially control. Mint.io’s deposit guide says deposits from third-party or shared wallets, mixers or tumblers, corporate accounts or anonymising services may be rejected, held or frozen pending compliance review, and Terms §7.3(a) prohibits them. Mint.io may ask for proof of source of funds or source of wealth (§7.3(c)). All deposits are subject to KYC/AML checks and may be held while verification is pending (§7.7(c)). See crypto casino KYC explained.
USDT Wrong Network: What to Do Now
- Do not repeat the transfer. Bitget’s recovery guide says to stop sending to the same address, and Dexsport’s docs say sending more the same way “does not fix the first one.”
- Contact casino support with the TXID. Mint.io’s deposit guide and Terms §7.2(c) say to contact Support with the transaction hash if you used the wrong address, asset, network, memo or tag.
- Know the policy. At Mint.io, you are responsible for getting the deposit details right. Recovery is not guaranteed. Where it is technically possible, Mint.io may attempt it at its discretion and may charge a reasonable fee disclosed in advance (§7.7(b)). Mint.io’s deposit guide and §7 do not give a fixed fee or timeframe.
How Other Platforms Handle It (Not Mint.io’s Policy)
These examples show what recovery can look like elsewhere. They are not Mint.io’s rules:
- Cashi: Recovery is never guaranteed and depends on the asset, the network and where the funds ended up. When it works, it takes up to 7 working days, with a US$10 handling fee. You pay nothing if they cannot recover the funds.
- Bitget: Not all networks support recovery. You use a Deposit Recovery Form with the TxID, deposit address, coin and amount. Fees may apply, and complex cases can take 10 business days or longer.
- Dexsport: If funds went to the platform’s own deposit address but on a different network, they can be returned. If they went to an unrelated address, they cannot be recovered.
How to Prevent It Next Time
- Match the network on both screens. The network on the casino’s deposit screen and the one in your wallet or exchange withdrawal must be identical.
- Copy the address or scan the QR code from the deposit screen, then check the asset, network, address, limits and any memo or tag before you confirm.
- Send a small test amount first if you are unsure. Cashi and Bitget both suggest this. Make sure the test amount falls within the casino’s displayed minimum and maximum limits.

Checklist: What to Send Support
Mint.io asks for the transaction hash, and its Known Issues page suggests saving error messages or screenshots. This checklist combines Mint.io’s guidance with the details Cashi, Bitget and Dexsport ask for. It is not a published Mint.io checklist, but it helps any support team find your transfer. Open one ticket and keep it going; Dexsport advises against starting a new chat for the same case.
- Transaction hash (TXID)
- Deposit address you sent to
- Token sent and exact amount
- Network you sent on and network selected on the deposit screen
- Approximate time of the transfer
- Screenshots or error messages

Frequently asked questions
Why is my crypto casino deposit not showing?
At Mint.io, a deposit is credited only after it gets the required blockchain confirmations and is verified by Mint.io's systems. Congestion, network fees, gas settings, mempool issues, stablecoin depegs or wallet and exchange problems can delay it. Amounts outside the displayed limits may be rejected or not credited automatically, and deposits can be held pending KYC/AML checks.
What happens if I send USDT on the wrong network?
At Mint.io, contact Support with the transaction hash (TXID). Recovery is not guaranteed. Where it is technically possible, Mint.io may attempt it at its discretion and may charge a reasonable fee disclosed in advance. Do not send the same transfer again.
Which USDT networks can I use?
Tether lists USDT on multiple blockchains, but each casino supports only what it shows. At Mint.io, use only an asset and network shown as supported on the Deposit screen for that transfer.
Can a deposit be held because of the wallet I used?
Yes. Mint.io requires deposits from a wallet or payment method you legally own and beneficially control. Third-party or shared wallets, mixers, corporate accounts or anonymising services may be rejected, held or frozen pending compliance review.
What should I send support?
Mint.io asks for the transaction hash, and its Help Center suggests saving error messages or screenshots. Other platforms also ask for the deposit address, token, the network you sent on, the network you selected, the amount and the approximate time, and these details can help any support team.
