Castle.com launched around late June 2026, so there is little track record and we found no independent reviews of real withdrawals. This guide sticks to what Castle’s own published terms say, checked on 29 October 2026. We have no personal withdrawal experience to report. Full background: our Castle review.

Check the domain: other sites use similar names. Castle.com’s footer names Broken Tentacle Ltd, Belize (Reg. no. 48442), with an Anjouan licence (ALSI-202602048-FI2) that was listed as valid on the official register on 29 October 2026. Check that you are on castle.com.

Who can use Castle

Castle’s terms restrict, among others, Spain, the UK, the USA and its territories, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands and several Middle East countries (full list). A country not being listed does not make it legal: check your local law and never use a VPN to bypass restrictions.

Withdrawal rules in Castle’s terms

RuleWhat the terms say
Minimum withdrawal€10 equivalent per transaction
FeesNo commission if the deposit was wagered at least once; otherwise a fee may apply (amount not published)
Deposit turnoverA deposit “must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made”
Bonus fundsFunds marked “Bonus” cannot be withdrawn; bonus wagering must be met first
KYCSumsub verification; documents can be requested at any time
Failed verification review“might take up to 5 business days”

KYC: what to expect

Castle is not a no-KYC casino. Its terms let it request photo ID, a selfie or proof of address before paying out, restrict payments or withdrawals until identity is established, and ask for source-of-funds documents. Have documents in your own name ready before you deposit. More context: crypto casino KYC explained.

Rewards and withdrawals

Castle lists rank-up bonuses, rake boosts, challenges, free spins, races, raffles and VIP lossback and reloads, but publishes no amounts, and we found no deposit-match welcome bonus. Each promotion has its own terms. Learn how wagering requirements work, and compare offers in our sign-up bonus comparison.

What we could not verify

  • Withdrawal processing time or real-world reliability.
  • The fee amount when a deposit has not been wagered once.
  • The full list of withdrawal coins and networks (the site code references USDT, TRC20, LTC and SOL) and the minimum deposit. Our Litecoin evidence and Solana support comparisons explain why these code references do not establish supported transfers.

Because these gaps exist, start small, keep your TXIDs and screenshots, and use our pending withdrawal checklist if a payout stalls. For a side-by-side view, read Mint vs Thrill vs Castle or the Thrill withdrawal guide.
